Our client is a leading payment solutions company, is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join their team in Taipei, dedicated to building a strong pipeline of technical talent in Taiwan, and work closely with the senior recruiter and hiring teams to uphold the high standards established by their global headquarters throughout the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Teams: Build strong relationships with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing and candidate evaluation strategies.

  • Build Talent Pipelines: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline for challenging roles by conducting market research and using various sourcing methods to attract a diverse range of candidates.

  • Connect with Passive Candidates: Identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels, fostering long-term professional relationships.

  • Manage Recruitment Processes: Collaborate with the senior recruiter to ensure a seamless interview experience and provide an outstanding candidate journey.

  • Analyze Talent Trends: Generate insightful reports on talent acquisition, identify sourcing challenges, and recommend strategies to enhance the diversity of the talent pool.

  • Evaluate Candidates: Apply consistent hiring standards to effectively screen candidates and provide them with clear interview guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

Work with HR: Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives, including referral programs and sourcing strategies.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing within the technology industry, preferably in a payment solutions company, with a proven track record of successful placements.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
