Our client is a leading insurance company. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and offshore technical teams to leverage data in support of business strategy. This individual will serve as a bridge, translating user requirements into actionable insights for the technical team.

Responsibilities

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business data and reporting needs.

    Define key metrics to drive improvements across various functions.

    Promote and support self-service business intelligence initiatives.

    Develop governance models for business unit deployment, clarifying roles and responsibilities.

    Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and documentation.

    Oversee activities of business intelligence and project team members.

    Lead engineering solutions for the assigned data platform as an individual contributor.

    Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

    University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; junior roles available for less experience.

    Strong analytical skills for detecting patterns and anomalies in data.

    Sound knowledge in SQL

    Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and tools like Databricks.

    Knowledge of data modeling, including Common Data Models and Departmental Data Marts.

    Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
